Очаква се поскъпване на всички тютюневи изделия в България от началото на 2026 г. Промяната ще засегне както традиционните цигари, така и нагреваемите тютюневи изделия (като стикове) и течностите за електронни цигари.
Причината за скока е планираното увеличение на акцизните ставки, което беше гласувано с държавния бюджет.
Новите ставки обхващат абсолютно всички продукти, включително и течностите за вейпинг, които не съдържат никотин.
Конкретните изменения предвиждат различно увеличение за отделните категории продукти:
- Традиционни цигари: Акцизът за тях нараства от 107.57 евро на 113 евро за 1000 къса. След добавянето на 20% ДДС, очакваното поскъпване за една кутия цигари ще бъде около 30 стотинки.
- Нагреваеми тютюневи изделия (стикове): Увеличението на акциза е с 10 евро на килограм. Това ще доведе до поскъпване от около 15 стотинки на кутия с 20 стика. Аналогично ще се оскъпят и нагреваемите изделия, които не съдържат тютюн.
- Течности за електронни цигари: Акцизната ставка (независимо дали съдържат никотин) се повишава от 0.23 на 0.25 евро за милилитър. Така цената на стандартна електронна цигара с 2 мл течност ще се увеличи с около 10 стотинки, а бутилка от 20 мл – с близо лев.
- Други: Налогът за пури и пурети става 212,70 евро за 1000 къса, а за тютюна за пушене – 121.96 евро за килограм.
Това поскъпване ще се реализира, ако производителите и търговците не променят своите надценки.
Увеличението е част от четиригодишна програма за плавно повишаване на акцизите. С нея България цели да достигне средните нива за Европейския съюз. Досега страната ни поддържаше едни от най-ниските ставки, особено при новите видове изделия за пушене, пише “Сега”.
В началото на 2026 г. на пазара все още ще има налични продукти със стари бандероли. Те ще се продават на досегашните цени до изчерпване на количествата.
Според финансовите разчети, от по-високите акцизни ставки в държавния бюджет се очакват 130 млн. евро допълнителни приходи.
