Изявление от канцеларията на Св. Синод
Св. Синод на Българската православна църква – Българска патриаршия изразява своята подкрепа за въвеждане на предмет с работно наименование “Добродетели и религия” в редовната програма на училищата в Република България. Заявяваме своята подкрепа за шествието “Добродетели и религия в училище”, организирано от граждански сдружения, което ще започне на 17 май 2025 г. от 12:00 ч. пред Патриаршеската катедрала “Св. Александър Невски”.
Призоваваме всички православни християни и всички хора, които желаят, да вземат участие в шествието, като заедно заявим нашата убедена гражданска позиция за необходимостта децата на България да се запознаят с непреходните православни християнски ценности и нравствени добродетели и с нашата многовековна православна култура и история, съградени въз основа на тези ценности.
Шествието ще започне с кратка програма на площада пред катедралния храм, ще премине по улиците “Г. С. Раковски”, бул. “Цар Освободител”, ще премине покрай Министерството на образованието и науката, ул. “Съборна” и ще завърши на площад “Св. Неделя”.
Призоваваме Божието благословение върху организаторите и участниците в шествието.
