Обучението за правилата по пътищата е важна част от развитието и познанието още от ранна детска възраст. Ежегодно децата биват информирани за основните им задължения като пешеходци и колоездачи, обсъжда се и важността за позиционирането им в детско столче при движението с автомобил, както и познаването и тълкуването на основните пътни знаци. Само чрез ранно запознаване и привикване към важните правила за движението по пътищата бихме могли да възпитаме отговорност у децата още от ранна детска възраст.
Кампанията „Отговорни на пътя“ е разделена на няколко части, като обхваща различни целеви групи – родители и деца. Частта на превантивната инициатива „ Изкуството и правилата“ е насочена към децата от предучилищна възраст до 1 клас.
МКБППМН посети първокласници от СУ „Крум Попов“, ОУ „Максим Горки“ и ОУ „Христо Ботев“ с. Асеновци ПГ и 1 клас. По време на срещите децата разглеждаха и обсъждаха основните пътни знаци, беше представен и обучителен светофар. Като награда и задача за децата, МКБППМН раздаде специално изработени книжки за оцветяване, в които освен да покажат художествените си заложби, малчуганите трябва да разрешат ситуации на пътното платно.
Кампанията продължава и през пролетните месеци, когато ще обхване деца от детски градини и училища по малките населени места.
